I had to absorb it all without showing a trace of true emotion or affect. I had to play the part their desire decreed, I had to feign joy and whisper a cocktail of delight as they flourished - if you could call it that - their average domestic puniness. Such dribbled insignificance was partially how i tolerated them.

Their sad pathetic inadequacies, their so-called manliness, simply made me want to roar with glee and continue the endless search for the surely mythical 'something better'.

It's been like the abovementioned for the present time till the universe decides to stage me something more profound. I shall just go on believing in myths - literally.
